YASA is run and managed by an Executive Board with the support of an Advisory Committee.
Adopted on 5 June 2020, our Constitution is a working document and will be ratified, in a revised form, at the 2022 AGM alongside a Policies and Procedures document. Until then, we welcome comments on the current document as suggestions for the final version.
